Aaron Klotz df86576989 util/winutil: add AllocateContiguousBuffer and SetNTString helper funcs ... AllocateContiguousBuffer is for allocating structs with trailing buffers containing additional data. It is to be used for various Windows structures containing pointers to data located immediately after the struct.
