Ansible 10 (ansible-core 2.17) support

Notably - Python 2.7 and 3.6 are no longer supported by Ansible on targets - The yum module has been removed, and redirected to dnf - _INTERPRETER_PYTHON_DISTRO_MAP has been neutered.
