Add show_actual_foldernames preference and configuration option.
...
When enabled this setting shows actual folder names rather than
the localised verions for the four default folders:
$rcmail_config['default_folders'] =
array('INBOX', 'Drafts', 'sent-mail', 'spam', 'Trash');
