Brad Fitzpatrick bb7be74756 net/dns/publicdns: permit more NextDNS profile bits in its IPv6 suffix ... I brain-o'ed the math earlier. The NextDNS prefix is /32 (actually /33, but will guarantee last bit is 0), so we have 128-32 = 96 bits (12 bytes) of config/profile ID that we can extract.
