Brad Fitzpatrick c95fdb0f8a net/packet/checksum: copy the gvisor checksum, remove the dep ... As part of making Tailscale's gvisor dependency optional for small builds, this was one of the last places left that depended on gvisor. Just copy the couple functions were were using.
