Andrew Lytvynov 22bd506129 ipn/ipnlocal: hold the mutex when in onTailnetDefaultAutoUpdate (#11786) ... Turns out, profileManager is not safe for concurrent use and I missed all the locking infrastructure in LocalBackend, oops.
