Will Norris	71029cea2d	all: update copyright and license headers This updates all source files to use a new standard header for copyright and license declaration. Notably, copyright no longer includes a date, and we now use the standard SPDX-License-Identifier header. Brad Fitzpatrick	ef15096a7d	control/controlclient, version/distro: detect NixOS explicitly The fallthrough happened to work in controlclient already due to the /etc/os-release PRETTY_NAME default, but make it explicit so it doesn't look like an accident.
