Kyle McMartin	bd29c4ab40	net/dns/resolvd: prevent overwriting our backup resolv.conf (#12360) ... When SetDNS is called multiple times, such as on start up, the current implementation will create backupConf, and then subsequent calls will overwrite our backup with the last generated resolv.conf file. Guard against this by only copying the backupConf the first time. Write the sentinel comments that allow us to check whether we "own" the resolv.conf as resolvconffile does. Also do some clean up of the resolvd nameserver entries and whitespace, to enable a follow up commit to transition to writing the config with resolvconffile instead of open coding it. Renato Aguiar	5d07c17b93	net/dns: fix blank lines being added to resolv.conf on OpenBSD (#13928) ... During resolv.conf update, old 'search' lines are cleared but '\n' is not deleted, leaving behind a new blank line on every update. This adds 's' flag to regexp, so '\n' is included in the match and deleted when old lines are cleared. Also, insert missing `\n` when updated 'search' line is appended to resolv.conf. Will Norris	71029cea2d	all: update copyright and license headers ... This updates all source files to use a new standard header for copyright and license declaration. Notably, copyright no longer includes a date, and we now use the standard SPDX-License-Identifier header. The //go:build syntax was introduced in Go 1.17: https://go.dev/doc/go1.17#build-lines gofmt has kept the +build and go:build lines in sync since then, but enough time has passed. Aaron Bieber	411c6c316c	net/dns/resolvd: store nameservers ... Currently only search domains are stored. This was an oversight (under?) on my part. As things are now, when MagicDNS is on and "Override local DNS" is off, the dns forwarder has to timeout before names resolve. This introduces a pretty annoying lang that makes everything feel extremely slow. You will also see an error: "upstream nameservers not set". I tested with "Override local DNS" on and off. Aaron Bieber	189f359609	net/dns: teach OpenBSD's manager to talk to resolvd(8). (#2789) ... OpenBSD 6.9 and up has a daemon which handles nameserver configuration. This PR teaches the OpenBSD dns manager to check if resolvd is being used.
