Will Norris	71029cea2d	all: update copyright and license headers This updates all source files to use a new standard header for copyright and license declaration. Notably, copyright no longer includes a date, and we now use the standard SPDX-License-Identifier header. julianknodt	98d36ee18d	net/portmapper: add hook for use with prev ip PCP handles external IPs by allowing the client to specify them in the packet, which is more explicit than requiring 2 packets from PMP, so allow for future changes to add it in easily.
