Will Norris	71029cea2d	all: update copyright and license headers This updates all source files to use a new standard header for copyright and license declaration. Notably, copyright no longer includes a date, and we now use the standard SPDX-License-Identifier header. Brad Fitzpatrick	6a396731eb	all: use various net/netip parse funcs directly Mechanical change with perl+goimports. Changed {Must,}Parse{IP,IPPrefix,IPPort} to their netip variants, then goimports -d . Finally, removed the net/netaddr wrappers, to prevent future use. Aaron Bieber	3f4fd64311	cmd/tailscale: exit loop when timeout and pingArgs.num are met Currently if you use '-c' and ping a host that times out, ping will continue running indefinitely. This change exits the loop with "no reply" when we time out, hit the value specified by '-c' and do not have anyPong. If we have anyPong it returns nil. If we failed at that, say so, and exit with an error. RELNOTE=tailscale ping --until-direct (the default) now exits with a non-zero exit code if no direct connection was established.
