Only show double hyphens in usage text (but still accept both), and show default values, and only show the proper usage of boolean flags. Brad Fitzpatrick	c136f48b79	cmd/tailscale/cli: restore hidden debug subcommand The debub subcommand was moved in `6254efb9ef` because the monitor brought in tons of dependencies to the cmd/tailscale binary, but there wasn't any need to remove the whole subcommand itself.
