Will Norris	71029cea2d	all: update copyright and license headers This updates all source files to use a new standard header for copyright and license declaration. Notably, copyright no longer includes a date, and we now use the standard SPDX-License-Identifier header. Brad Fitzpatrick	db2cc393af	util/dirwalk, metrics, portlist: add new package for fast directory walking This is similar to the golang.org/x/tools/internal/fastwalk I'd previously written but not recursive and using mem.RO. The metrics package already had some Linux-specific directory reading code in it. Josh Bleecher Snyder	94fb42d4b2	all: use testingutil.MinAllocsPerRun There are a few remaining uses of testing.AllocsPerRun: Two in which we only log the number of allocations, and one in which dynamically calculate the allocations target based on a different AllocsPerRun run. David Anderson	f192c05413	metrics: add a LabelMap type for variables with 1 label dimension. This lets us publish sets of vars that are breakdowns along one dimension in a format that Prometheus and Grafana natively know how to do useful things with.
