Matt Clay	f4a38a787b	Drop requirement for matching sanity constraints Each sanity test uses its own virtual environment, so there is no risk of conflicting requirements between tests. It may still be a good idea to make an effort to keep frozen requirements in sync between tests. Making it a hard requirement unnecessarily complicates updating individual tests and increases the risk of incorrect manual changes.	2 years ago

All ansible-test code (except for targets) and core-specific sanity tests now use the same boilerplate. The test also checks for unwanted `__future__` and `metaclass` boilerplate. * Relocate target tools to the correct directory.
