Some job names contain '/' which causes the download job to fail.

test/integration/targets/any_errors_fatal/18602.yml is not run via
runme.sh and is testing the same as
test/integration/targets/any_errors_fatal/always_block.yml which is
actually run. The former file is safe to remove.
