New module [ufw]: this module handles Ubuntu UFW operations

* Updated documentation related to IPv6 usage.

BugFixes:
* Solved the default_policy and state mutual exclusive status.
* Fixed changed status for IPv6 addresses.

Added @otnateos patch.
